These terms and conditions only cover W.A. Mitchell Fine Furniture website. Any other sites linked to ours are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. They do not affect your statutory rights. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms. These terms may change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site, date below. You will be required to read and accept these terms and conditions prior to confirming your order, we advise you read the terms each time you place an order to ensure you are aware of any changes. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Prices And Payment
All prices quoted are in US dollars and exclude state tax and delivery charges. Delivery charges will be shown clearly in the shopping basket prior to you submitting your order. We accept payments from the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative or full refund. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this site, occasionally an error could occur. If an error is discovered in the price or description of an item you have ordered, you will be contacted immediately and given the choice of whether to continue or cancel your order.

Curbside delivery means a delivery company truck carefully unloads the packaged furniture as close to as physically possible to the curb of your home or loading dock. Please note that we will always call you to schedule the delivery in advance to establish the time and date best suited for you. Generally where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available. Delivery quotes can be made only to continental United States addresses. Please call for delivery quotes to other locations. All delivery lead times shown on this web site are estimated. You will be provided with an estimated shipping date at the time of order placement, based on information from vendors and major shipping lines and trucking carriers. You will receive periodic updates from W.A. Mitchell Fine Furniture regarding your order until it is received by you. You will be contacted by telephone and email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery. If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, in any case no later than 24 hours in advance. Once furniture has been delivered you will be responsible for it. You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and you have noted this on the delivery document, it is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of said shortages or damages. We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged, if you have signed the delivery document and no note has been made. A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.

Shipping Time Frames
We generally find deliveries occur within our estimated timelines, however we cannot control exact delivery times, and do not guarantee delivery dates. Please keep in mind that holidays and inclement weather can often cause a short delay. Time quoted on the website is the usual shipping time, please keep in mind that depending on your location, actual delivery may take 1-3 weeks longer. In case of any delay, we will notify you in advance.

You may cancel your order within 2 days after placing your order.
W.A. Mitchell Fine Furniture will give you a complete refund within 2 days after cancellation.

You may return your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days from the delivery day. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection. This collection will be at your expense. Any money, which you have paid, with the exception of the delivery fee, will be refunded within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We must receive your goods in as new condition with all accessories and components and with original packaging. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorized after a full inspection of the goods by us. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.

All products supplied by W.A. Mitchell Fine Furniture will carry a full manufacturer�s guarantee for a minimum period of one year and in some cases up to ten years. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear. All servicing and repairs must be carried out by the manufacturers own authorized repair agents, their contact numbers can be found by contacting our customer service office toll-free at 877-499-8163. In the rare event that your item is found to be irreparable, a replacement item will be offered. No exchanges or refunds will be offered against faulty items without the product first being inspected by an authorized repair agent.

You represent and warrant that: �you are over the age of 18 and can form a legally binding contract under applicable law�. That you have provided and will continue to provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when filling out the W.A. Mitchell Fine Furniture checkout form�. You represent and warrant that the billing address you provide on the checkout form is the same as the one your credit card bank has, including the code as it appears on your card.
