General Product Warranty
W.A. Mitchell, Inc. warranties it's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Any part or piece found to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of W.A. Mitchell, Inc. Repairs or replacements will be made without charge.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and their heirs only, and is not transferable outside the family of the original purchaser.
Furniture purchased "second hand", or in an "as is" condition, or on a closeout or liquidation basis, will not be covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and does not apply where the furniture has been subjected to customer neglect, abuse, or improper care.
In the event a defective piece needs repair or replacement a return authorization needs to be obtained from the customer service office of W.A. Mitchell, Inc. They can be reached at 207-778-5212.
Repair Service Offer
W.A. Mitchell furniture has been designed and constructed to live from "generation to generation". In the event repairs are needed outside the warranty provisions you may request such repairs by calling the customer service office at 207-778-5212. Shipping instructions will be supplied and a repair estimate given based on the description of the damage. Final repair cost will be determined upon receipt of the damaged piece and communicated to you for acceptance before repairs will be made. Shipping expense to and from the repair shop are the responsibility of the owner of the furniture. Payment for repairs and shipping expense will be required before the repaired piece is returned.
